Publication Process

This journal utilizes the Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3.4, an innovative and efficient journal management platform. With OJS 3.4, we are able to provide a transparent submission and review process, facilitating communication among authors, editors, and reviewers. The advantages of OJS 3.4 include an intuitive user interface, ease of managing metadata and DOI assignments, and support for various publication formats. This system also enhances archiving and open access capabilities, thereby expanding the reach and visibility of the published research.

  • Submission of Manuscript:

    • Authors submit their manuscripts through the OJS platform, filling out all required metadata and uploading necessary files.
  • Initial Editorial Review:

    • The journal editor conducts an initial review to assess the manuscript’s suitability for the journal’s scope and adherence to submission guidelines.
  • Peer Review Process:

    • If the manuscript passes the initial review, the editor assigns it to peer reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
    • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on predefined criteria (originality, methodology, relevance, etc.) and provide feedback.
  • Reviewer Feedback:

    • Reviewers submit their comments and recommendations (accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject) through the OJS system.
    • The editor compiles the feedback and communicates it to the authors.
  • Author Revisions:

    • Authors receive the reviewers' comments and are given an opportunity to revise their manuscript accordingly.
    • They resubmit the revised manuscript through OJS, addressing the feedback provided.
  • Second Review (if necessary):

    • The editor may send the revised manuscript back to the original reviewers for a second evaluation, especially for major revisions.
    • Reviewers assess whether the authors have adequately addressed their comments.
  • Final Decision:

    • Based on the reviewers’ feedback and the authors’ revisions, the editor makes a final decision regarding the manuscript (accept, revise again, or reject).
    • The decision is communicated to the authors through the OJS platform.
  • Copyediting and Formatting:

    • If accepted, the manuscript undergoes copyediting for language and formatting according to the journal's standards.
    • The final version is prepared for publication.
  • Publication:

    • The article is published online in the journal’s next issue, and a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) is assigned for easy referencing.
  • Post-Publication:

    • After publication, the article is accessible to readers. Authors and readers may provide feedback or engage with the content through comments or discussions.
  • Archiving:

    • The journal ensures that published articles are archived and accessible for future reference.
